The Company offers a specialised range of Islamic literature and educational materials, including publications relating to Quranic studies, Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic history.

DSBOOKS PTY LTD works with publishers, distributors and suppliers to source authentic and high-quality products that meet the educational, religious and cultural needs of its customers. As the business continues to develop its product range and strengthen its operations, it requires an experienced Management Consultant to assess its organisational systems, improve operational efficiency and support its continued growth.

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team.

As a Management Consultant, you will work closely with executive leadership to assess and improve organisational performance, operational efficiency and business performance. You will play an important role in identifying opportunities for improvement, developing practical solutions and supporting the successful implementation of organisational initiatives.

Duties:

• Assisting in the development of objectives, strategies and plans to enhance customer satisfaction and promote the efficient use of organisational resources.
• Consulting with management and relevant stakeholders to identify and discuss business and organisational challenges.
• Analysing and evaluating existing organisational systems, structures and processes.
• Consulting with employees and observing operational systems across all levels of the organisation.
• Advising management on opportunities to improve organisational efficiency and developing solutions to address identified issues.
• Conducting and reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods, processes and procedures, including administrative and clerical functions.
• Documenting and analysing workflow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
• Developing and recommending proposals to improve methods and procedures, streamline workflows, redefine job responsibilities and resolve organisational issues.
• Supporting the implementation of approved recommendations, including updating procedures, issuing revised instructions and preparing relevant documentation.
• Reviewing operational procedures and identifying and reporting deviations from established processes, policies and standards.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce or another relevant field.
• A minimum of two years’ professional experience in management consulting or a related field. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
