- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or business functions.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in quantitative & qualitative research, including statistical analysis, interviews/FGDs, and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Skilled in data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
- Outgoing and well-connected, with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve targets.
