What they need
The Management Development Officer (MDO) performs a dual-purpose, project-critical role that bridges technical financial support with high-level executive governance. The MDO coordinates cross-functional project financing, supports complex corporate restructuring initiatives, and streamlines "Big Ticket" projects workstreams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, preferably with a strong academic background in Business Economics, Applied Economics, Management Economics, or related fields.
- Candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Statistics, Accounting, or other business-related disciplines may also be considered, depending on experience and competencies.
- Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in management planning, business analysis, corporate planning, research, organizational development, or a related function.
- Experience in strategic planning, management reporting, business analysis, and performance monitoring is an advantage.
