What they need
Pendidikan: Minimal SMK/Diploma, jurusan Administrasi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman: Minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai staf administrasi, lebih disukai di bidang property, estate management, atau customer service (Fresh Graduate disilahkan melamar).
Kemampuan Teknis: Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (khususnya Excel untuk data dan laporan).
Komunikasi & Pelayanan: Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk menangani pertanyaan atau keluhan pelanggan (penghuni).
Pemahaman Industri: Memahami sistem pengelolaan IPL, manajemen fasilitas lingkungan, dan prosedur administrasi kawasan.
Tanggung Jawab:
Mengelola administrasi operasional perumahan/kawasan (IPL, maintenance).
Melayani complain, pertanyaan, dan kebutuhan penghuni.
Melakukan dokumentasi dan pelaporan berkala.
