Management Information System Manager

About the role

Management Information System Manager responsible for IT systems, database management, and data analysis. The role involves supervising outsourced IT support contractors, managing system integrations for e-commerce platforms, overseeing distributor genealogy tracking systems, and ensuring database integrity and security. You will lead testing and optimization of affiliate web portals, conduct live monitoring of system performance, and maintain platform uptime during high-traffic periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the appointed outsourced IT support contractor, ensuring development aligns with strategic timeline and platform requirements
• Map out and finalize system integrations for standard B2C checkout interfaces (Apple Pay, FPS, credit cards)
• Finalize and oversee API integrations with local couriers (e.g., SF Express) for automated processing, packing, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment
• Take direct ownership of distributor genealogy tracking systems, ensuring accuracy in affiliate retail link tracing to Brand Partners
• Work alongside the Financial Analyst to ensure technical architecture accurately calculates volume-driven commissions
• Establish and enforce internal data security measures and database integrity protocols
• Lead alpha and beta testing of distributor affiliate web portals and tracking links
• Stress test e-commerce servers for high traffic volumes
• Conduct live monitoring of system performance, transaction flows, and distributor link lookups; maintain 99.9%+ uptime

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT systems administration, data analysis, technical project management, or e-commerce platform management
• Database management (SQL or similar)
• API integrations (payment gateways and logistics)
• Server monitoring and performance optimization
• Affiliate tracking software / personalized tracking links
• E-commerce platform management
• Proven experience in overseeing outsourced IT vendors / contractors
• Highly analytical mindset; ability to translate complex database metrics into actionable business insights
• Strong bridging capability between internal business operations and external IT developers
