About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established multinational pharmaceutical company to recruit an experienced MIS Supervisor based in Taipei.

This position focuses on SQL Server database management, reporting solutions, data integration, and enterprise application support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) , along with a strong understanding of database operations and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Support data integration and ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Perform SQL queries, data extraction, reporting, and database troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements and implement system improvements.
• Support enterprise applications, database-related operations, and cross-functional IT projects.
• Participate in system enhancement and data integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server database administration or database-related system operations.
• Practical experience with SSRS report development and maintenance is essential.
• Knowledge of SSIS, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Strong SQL querying, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience in system analysis, application support, or database-related IT functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP or SAP HANA environments.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Previous experience in multinational companies or regulated industries.
