Role Description The Management Intern will support cross-functional business initiatives and assist senior team members with research, analysis, and project coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering market and industry data, preparing reports and presentations, tracking project progress, and helping document business processes and client deliverables. The intern will collaborate with consulting, marketing, technology, and HR teams to streamline operations, maintain internal documentation, and contribute to client proposals and growth strategies. This is a full-time role based in Pune City in a hybrid model, where some work-from-home flexibility is available. The position offers hands-on exposure to business consulting, digital marketing, technology services, and talent-focused projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
• Proficiency in business communication, including professional writing, presentation creation, and stakeholder interaction.
• Basic understanding of business management, marketing, or consulting concepts; interest in startups and growth-focused organizations.
• Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
• Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and a hybrid work environment in Pune.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic, client-focused setting; prior internship experience is an advantage.
