Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist management in day-to-day business coordination and follow-ups.
• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Collect, analyse, and organise business data to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with different departments to track tasks, action points, and deadlines.
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, MOMs, and action trackers.
• Support management in special projects, business initiatives, and process improvement activities.
• Maintain and organise important business documents, reports, and records.
• Assist in performance tracking and review of various departments/projects.
• Identify gaps, highlight key issues, and escalate them to the concerned

Education

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, or any relevant discipline.
• MBA pursuing candidates/freshers can also be considered.
