Management Reporting Officer

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior management and head office.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data across reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Business Units to ensure comprehensive reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance and reporting processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Preferably has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Public Accounting Firm, particularly in handling clients in the banking or financial services sector.
• Experience working in a Korean bank is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems.
