Management Reporting Officer (CPA)

The Business Analysis and Reporting Officer oversees management and business reporting, providing accurate and timely insights to support management and Board decision-making. The role works closely with Finance, Corporate Planning, and other teams to analyze performance, improve reporting, and maintain strong controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management and business performance reporting.
• Analyze financial and business results and provide insights to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and Board/management presentations.
• Partner with Financial and Regulatory Reporting teams on accounting and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with Parent Controllership on monthly financial results.
• Lead and develop the Business Analysis and Reporting team.
• Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and effective reporting controls.
• Improve reporting processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA is preferred.
• At least 1 - 3 years experience in financial analysis, management reporting, or business performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
