Management Representative

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Designation: Management Representative (MR) – API, ISO & Quality Compliance

• API Certification & Compliance: Take complete responsibility for API certification preparation, including gap analysis, implementation of applicable API Q1 and relevant product standards (API 7-2, API 5B, API 5CT, as applicable), documentation, compliance monitoring, and certification follow-up.
• ISO Management Systems: Maintain and ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements, including procedures, policies, objectives, risk assessments, compliance records, and continual improvement.
• Audit Management: Independently prepare for and represent the Company during API, ISO, customer, supplier, surveillance, and external audits. Handle auditor queries, present required evidence, coordinate audit activities, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Documentation & Record Control: Prepare, develop, review, update, and maintain all required API and ISO manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, registers, reports, and quality records, ensuring proper document control and continuous audit readiness.
• Internal Audits & Corrective Actions: Plan and conduct internal audits, identify nonconformities, perform root-cause analysis, prepare corrective action plans, verify their effectiveness, and maintain records until closure.
• Customer Prequalification & Supplier Compliance: Handle customer vendor registrations, prequalification submissions, supplier questionnaires, technical documentation, quality assessments, supplier evaluations, supplier audits, and related compliance requirements.
• Manufacturing Quality Control: Coordinate with Production and QC to ensure compliance with applicable requirements relating to material traceability, purchasing, CNC machining, inspection, testing, calibration, nonconforming products, and final product release.
• Environmental & HSE Compliance: Maintain applicable ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation, coordinate risk assessments, safety inspections, environmental controls, employee awareness, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Management Review & Reporting: Coordinate management review meetings, monitor quality objectives and performance indicators, maintain compliance trackers, and report certification progress, audit findings, compliance gaps, and outstanding actions to Top Management.
• Departmental Coordination & Continual Improvement: Coordinate with Production, QC, Purchase, and Stores to ensure procedures are implemented, records are maintained, compliance gaps are resolved, and the Company remains continuously audit-ready.

Candidate Requirements: Must possess strong practical knowledge of API requirements, ISO management systems, technical documentation, and external audit handling, with the ability to independently manage certification preparation, face auditors, implement corrective actions, and maintain compliance across company operations.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
