Management Representative

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Management Representative (MR) is responsible for ensuring the organization's quality Integrated Management System (IMS) complies with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001), regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The MR serves as the key liaison to quality functions, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages audits, and supports departmental compliance with quality objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of a Baccalaureate Degree preferably in the Health Profession.

2. Must be an employee of VRP Medical Center.

3. Must have three (3) years experience / training in Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, Total Quality Management, ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS), and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).

4. Involvement in quality, environmental, and health and safety activities.

5. Must be competent in social relations and can express himself / herself well both verbally and in writing.

6. Must be open-minded and mature.
