Management Representative / ISO Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Management Representative / ISO Manager to lead and maintain the company's management system, ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement across business processes.

This role will be responsible for coordinating ISO implementation, internal and external audits, SOP and policy management, document control, corrective actions, and organizational structure development. The ideal candidate is a systematic, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's ISO Management System in accordance with applicable standards.
• Act as the company's Management Representative (MR) and serve as the main liaison with internal stakeholders and external certification/audit bodies.
• Develop and maintain the edit ISO management system, policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct Internal Audits across departments and business units.
• Coordinate External Audits, Surveillance Audits, and ISO Certification/Recertification Audits.
• Monitor audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive/improvement actions until proper closure.
• Prepare and coordinate Management Review Meetings, including follow-up on action plans and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper document and record control, including review, revision, approval, distribution, and periodic evaluation of controlled documents.
• Review and improve business processes to ensure alignment between organizational structure, responsibilities, processes, SOPs, and company objectives.
• Develop, review, and update the organizational structure, including coordination of organizational changes and reporting lines.
• Coordinate the preparation and review of Job Descriptions, roles, responsibilities, and authority matrices where required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, risk reduction, and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor compliance with established policies, SOPs, and management system requirements across departments.
• Provide guidance and training to employees regarding ISO standards, SOP implementation, document control, audit readiness, and compliance.
• Maintain proper records and reports related to the management system, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Culinary, Retail, and other departments to ensure effective implementation of the management system.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to management regarding system effectiveness, compliance, audit results, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Management System, Quality Assurance, Quality Management System (QMS), ISO, Compliance, Business Process Improvement, or related functions.
• Previous experience as a Management Representative (MR), ISO Manager, QMS Manager, Quality Manager, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in ISO Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001.
• Proven experience handling Internal and External Audits, including audit preparation, execution, finding analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
• Strong experience in developing, reviewing, and implementing SOPs, policies, work instructions, and management system documentation.
• Experience in organizational structure development/review, business process mapping, and role & responsibility definition.
• Strong understanding of document control, risk management, corrective action, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, FMCG, distribution, or other multi-unit/service-oriented businesses will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• High attention to detail, strong integrity, and a systematic approach to work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Willing to work in Bali and travel between company locations when required.
