What they need
Management Right-Hand / Operations Coordinator
- Berissa Foods — Makati City — Full-time, on-site
- Salary: PHP 25,000/month
- This is NOT an office job.
You will work on our warehouse floor, with the team, every day. We need someone who checks that work is done right and spots mistakes before they become problems.
About us
We roast and pack nuts, dried fruit and seeds, and sell on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. Small team, direct access to the owners.
What you will do
Pass on instructions from the owners and make sure they are followed
Check orders, stock and packing daily and report any errors
Follow up on tasks until they are done
Handle routine admin work
Send management a short daily update
You are the right person if you
Notice small details
Can tell a coworker, politely but clearly, when something is wrong
Are fine working in a warehouse, not behind a desk
Speak good English and Filipino
Know Google Sheets/Excel
