About the role

Our Graduate Trainee Program offers emerging talent an accelerated career path in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sector. Through hands-on rotations, dedicated mentorship, and high-impact projects, you will build deep technical expertise and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Undergo structured rotations across core technical (network engineering, software/IT, infrastructure) and commercial business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key strategic initiatives and innovative telecommunications solutions
• Partner with designated senior mentors to achieve professional milestones and technical certifications
• Participate in specialized functional and leadership training modules, culminating in project presentations to senior management

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Energy/Power Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM disciplines (Graduating class of 2026–2027)
• Demonstrated analytical mindset, problem-solving agility, and proactive drive
• Strong interest in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Professional working proficiency in chinese to liaise effectively with chinese-speaking regional stakeholders, clients, and cross-border engineering teams

Flexible Work Arrangement: Employees are eligible for hybrid work arrangement after probation, including one work-from-home day per week.
