Management Trainee (5-day work) - Sai Wan

Our Management Trainee Program, comprising comprehensive classroom training, on-the-job training, coaching, mentoring and job rotations, is designed to develop our future business leaders. Trainees with outstanding performance will be promoted to managerial level position upon completion of the program.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the business needs and provide comprehensive support to the management
• Participate in tender activities
• Facilitate implementation and monitoring of the integrated management systems
• Develop long-term relationship with our valued customers and achieve high level of customer satisfaction
• Perform duties and projects as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, positive, self-discipline and willing to learn
