Management Trainee (6-months contract)

Your Tasks:

• Supporting process engineering activities, including sampling, monitoring, and data collection.
• Performing laboratory chemical mixing and handling according to established procedures.
• Supporting Design of Experiments activities for process improvement.
• Assisting engineers in troubleshooting process and equipment-related issues.
• Compiling and tracking process data and engineering projects.
• Working in cleanroom environments and following cleanroom protocols where required.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of chemical handling and safety practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on laboratory work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with JMP or Minitab is an advantage.
• Open to rotational assignments and structured training.
