;Responsibilities:

• ;Client Outreach Support
• ;Support the BD team in prospecting new clients through online and offline research.
• ;Assist in retaining existing clients through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
• ;Help finalize deals by coordinating with senior BD team members and clients.
• ;Work towards annual target of new client signings.
• ;Auction Support
• ;Plan and monitor listed auctions under the guidance of senior team members.
• ;Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover for auction execution.
• ;Support market analysis to ensure sellers, buyers, and clients receive benchmark pricing.
• ;Research Market Intelligence
• ;Research competitors and track their business activities and pricing.
• ;Conduct field visits, collect market feedback, and contribute to team discussions.
• ;Stay curious and proactively develop knowledge of the industrial secondary products space
• ;Skills Competencies
• ;Genuine passion for sales and eagerness to learn the BD function from the ground up.
• ;Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
• ;Organized and detail-oriented able to maintain trackers and follow up consistently.
• ;Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, and Slack.
• ;Growth mindset: comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• ;Willing to do field visits and travel within the assigned region.
