Management Trainee - Business Development

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee to join our sales and business development team, focusing on child and family services. You will support the promotion of our parenting workshops, child financial literacy programmes, and education fund planning services. This role is designed for recent graduates who want to build a career in the family education sector, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organising parenting seminars, child financial literacy workshops, and education fund planning events
• Engage with parents at community activities to understand their needs around saving for children’s education and managing family risks
• Support senior consultants in delivering advisory sessions on topics such as “Building Your Child’s Education Fund”
• Help build partnerships with maternity centres, playgroups, and family-oriented organisations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a business-related field
• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
• 1 year of working experience in customer relations, sales, or other relevant roles is preferred
• Fresh Graduates and IANG Visa Holders are welcome.
• Undergraduate will not be considered for this requirement
• Willing to learn and work in a client-facing environment
• Able to understand spoken Cantonese
