Management Trainee

E-rete (Malaya) Sdn. Bhd. is a well-established manufacturer in the precast concrete industry. We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates or experienced candidates to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to optimise workflow and operational efficiency.

Key Areas of Learning:

• Gain in-depth product knowledge on a wide range of precast concrete products
• Mastering End-to-End Manufacturing Operations by gaining hands on exposure across key departments and the entire business lifecycle

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent

• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Team oriented and collaborative

• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for interacting with people

• Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

• Highly organised, eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive
