Management Trainee

About the role

This is a Monday to Friday opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in business development, with paid training provided from day one. You'll learn the full 360 of how commercial teams operate, from client strategy and campaign planning through to customer engagement and account management. The role offers genuine variety, and you'll be given real responsibility early on, supported by senior colleagues who've walked the same path.

You'll gain hands-on exposure across four sectors:

• Retail
• Telecommunications
• Energy
• Automotive

One week you might be onboarding customers for a national energy supplier, the next you're contributing to a retail campaign or sitting in on strategy calls for a telecoms rollout. It's varied, and that's the point.

What we're looking for

Attitude matters more than your CV here. We're less concerned with what you've done before and more interested in how you approach the work. You'll do well if you're:

• Willing to learn and take feedback on board
• Comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Organised, motivated, and reliable
• Based in or able to commute to Birmingham city centre
• Eligible to work in the UK

Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, sport, or customer-facing roles tend to translate nicely, though a specific background isn't a requirement. Career changers are welcome to apply.
