Management Trainee

Bright Range Operations, Inc. is a distribution company specializing in the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) across Southern Luzon. We are looking for a motivated and career-driven Management Trainee who is ready to learn, grow, and take on future leadership responsibilities within the organization.

JOB SUMMARY

The Management Trainee will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to different areas of the business, particularly in operations, sales, warehouse, administration, and other business functions. The role is designed to develop the employee's leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undergo training and hands-on learning in various company operations.
• Assist supervisors and managers in monitoring daily operations and team performance.
• Learn and assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor work processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and assist with reports, documentation, and other administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with different departments to support day-to-day business operations.
• Assist in handling operational concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Participate in projects and initiatives assigned by management.
• Develop leadership and management skills through actual workplace exposure.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Management, or other related business courses.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• With or without work experience.
• Willing to undergo training and be assigned to different departments or operational areas.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
