Management Trainee

We are seeking for high-potential individuals who are ready to learn, lead, and deliver to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between commercial marketing and downstream supply chain operations within the palm oil industry.

You will work closely with senior personnel to drive sales execution, manage key B2B client relationships, optimize mill operations, and ensure strict compliance with domestic and international sustainability frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Marketing & Trading

• Market Research: Monitor and analyze global supply and demand dynamics, as well as daily price trends for vegetable oils.
• Sales Execution: Assist senior personnel in the marketing, trading, and commercialization of Crude Palm Oil (CPO).
• B2B relationship building: Assist in managing relationships with business-to-business (B2B) clients, manufacturers, and export partners.
• Financial Reporting: Generate comprehensive daily position and sales reports to facilitate rapid, data-driven decision-making.

Downstream Supply Chain & Operations

• Production Planning: Collaborate with refineries and processing facilities to align manufacturing outputs with client purchase orders.
• Extraction Efficiency: Monitor daily Oil Extraction Rates (OER) to optimize mill throughput and maximize CPO yield from raw fruit.
• Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance: Verify that all transactional documentation strictly adheres to domestic and international legal frameworks and sustainability mandates.
• Operational Reporting: Record daily production metrics and deliver structured status updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
• Capacity to analyze situations and problem-solve under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Malay. Mandarin and other Chinese dialect is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
