As a Management Trainee, you will actively participate in our direct sales campaigns across high-footfall sites, event venues, and pop-up locations in Glasgow. You will deliver interactive product presentations, secure new customer sign-ups, and learn how to manage daily sales operations.

As your performance and confidence grow, you will transition into coaching team members, overseeing campaign logistics, and tracking performance metrics.

Your Progression Pathway

Key Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to:

• Engage directly with prospective buyers to present client campaigns and drive sales acquisitions
• Represent partner brands with high energy, professionalism, and clear brand messaging on-site
• Process customer applications and registrations accurately using digital tablet software
• Participate in and lead morning strategy sessions, target setting, and pitch workshops
• Coach and mentor junior sales associates as you progress through your leadership training
• Track shift conversion metrics, audit customer acquisition logs, and report performance to senior executives
• Contribute practical operational ideas during campaign planning meetings
• Continuously refine your leadership, negotiation, and business development capabilities
