Management Trainee

About the role

A Management Trainee role in store and restaurant operations, responsible for assisting in daily operations management, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient service delivery across all operational areas including customer service, inventory, and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store and restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise customer service, cash transactions, inventory, purchasing, and daily reports.
• Lead, train, schedule, and monitor staff performance and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
• Monitor sales, operational costs, inventory, and branch profitability; recommend improvements when needed.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, and Operations departments.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure proper maintenance, branch appearance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

About you

• Graduate of HRM, Hospitality Management, Business, or related courses.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, results-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Willing to be assigned to Terry's Makati branch.
