Responsibilities

• Assist in sales operations, including sales forecasting, sales performance analysis, and sales strategy development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Learn and apply sales management principles, including sales process, sales techniques, and sales metrics.
• Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

Requirements

• MBA degree from a recognized university.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Basic knowledge of sales management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
