We are now seeking passionate and ambitious Management Trainees (Future Store Managers) to join our Singapore team. The program aims to develop future Store Managers and Operations Leaders who will play a vital role in driving us growth and operational excellence worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations, including team leadership and customer service management.
• Supervise product quality, hygiene, and inventory to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and support in implementing promotional campaigns.
• Conduct basic sales and performance analysis to improve store efficiency.
• Manage manpower allocation, control operating costs, and support profitability growth.
• Comply with company’s store deployment and scheduling arrangements as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business, Management, or related fields.
• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in F&B or retail management; exceptional candidates without prior industry experience are also welcome to apply.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt quickly and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel for overseas training and work with multicultural teams.
• Positive working attitude, teamwork spirit, and good communication skills.

Career Development

Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training and be fast-tracked to Store Manager positions upon completion. Outstanding performers may advance to Area Manager or Operations Supervisor roles, with opportunities for international career growth across our global network.
