Management Trainee

The Management Trainee Program (MTP) is a 10 - 12 months immersive training program aimed to expose the trainees in the operational and functional aspect of the business of Virginia Farms Inc. It utilizes diversified learning interventions intended to develop well-rounded leaders in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the structured training program to gain knowledge about the company- it's organizational history, the Vision-Mission and Values it wished to uphold, it's policies, operations, and procedures.
• Work closely with the Business Unit Managers/Department Managers to learn more about the affiliate businesses, how they operate and how connected they are to each other
• Assist in the execution of various projects and initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional team members
• Develop initiatives or strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement
• Monitor the business Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and report findings to management
• Engage in customers to better understand their needs and gather feedback on products and services
• Attend in leadership trainings and workshops to develop managerial skills
• Take part in company-wide engagement programs and initiatives
