Management Trainee

About the role

This is a managerial trainee program designed for candidates who want to learn directly from real operations, understand retail pharmacy business, lead teams, read data, solve field problems, and grow into a future Alpro leader.

Key responsibilities

• Pharmacy store operations
• Customer service
• Stock and inventory management
• Dispensing workflow
• Sales and promotion execution
• Performance reporting
• Team coordination
• Receive coaching from senior leaders

About you

• Bachelor's degree (all majors)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare retail, FMCG, retail operations, or operational field
• Previous experience managing teams, store operations, or field activities as a manager or supervisor
• Data-driven, communicative, resilient, quick learner, and demonstrates high ownership
• Willing to work on-site in Jabodetabek, including shifts and weekends if required
