Management Trainee

About the role

Mortgage Advisors Pte. Ltd. is looking for driven and ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee Programme. This role is designed for individuals who are keen to develop their skills in business development, client management, operations and leadership. You will receive structured training and hands-on exposure across different areas of the business, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities as you progress. No prior experience in the mortgage industry is required. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations and client servicing activities.
• Assist in understanding clients' needs and coordinating suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Participate in business development and client acquisition initiatives.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events and outreach activities.
• Learn and understand the company's products, services and operational processes.
• Work closely with managers on business planning and team initiatives.
• Track business activities, client enquiries and follow-up actions.
• Participate in structured training, coaching and mentorship programmes.
• Take on increasing responsibilities in team coordination and leadership as you progress through the programme.

About you

• Diploma or Degree holders from any discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited working experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, responsible and results-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting and building relationships with people.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Individuals with leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mindset will have an advantage.
