We're looking for an ambitious Management Trainee to join a growing sales and marketing company working with nationally recognised brands across a range of industries.

This is a hands-on development role designed to give you exposure to the key areas that contribute to running and growing a successful business, supported by structured training and one-to-one mentoring.

The Role

You'll start by developing a strong commercial foundation, learning how our campaigns operate and how we generate results for our clients.

Your development will cover:

• Recruitment and team development
• Business operations and management
