About the Role

As a Management Trainee in Operations, you will rotate across core operational functions and support the team in running daily operations, improving processes, and strengthening service and compliance standards. You will work closely with the Operation Manager and outlet ground staff, gaining hands-on experience while delivering measurable improvements.

Job Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution, service standards, and timely issue resolution across sites functions.

* Coordinate with internal teams to manage operational requests, follow-ups, and ground communication.

* Track operational KPIs and prepare basic reports and dashboards with clear action items.

* Assist with process improvement work: map workflows, identify gaps, implement SOPs checklists, and monitor results.

* Support quality, safety, and compliance activities including audits, documentation, and training roll-outs.

* Assist with operations projects such as launches, system/vendor changes, and change adoption on the ground.
