Management Trainee

We are looking for Management Trainees who have the potential to becdome future leaders.  He/ or she will help our organization to improve, grow and adapt to different market changes.  Successful candidates will be rotated through different departments to gain practical experience and exposure necessary for a managerial position later in their career. To succeed in this role, candidates should have strong willingness to learn and are motivated to overcome challenges and to add value wherever they are.

Responsibilities:

• Be an effective member of each department they are assigned to during their rotations
• Gain a good knowledge and understanding of each department's work flow and policies
• Observe and learn from experienced staff members
• Be proactive in looking out for potential to make improvements in current processes and working environment
• Assist in facilitating communication between departments and between staff and management
• Assist in creating & executing sales & marketing plans, cost management projects, business proposal & staff progression etc
• Lead and develop people in ensuring work performance and productivity.
• Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
