Job Title: Management Trainee Cloud Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Management Trainees to join our Cloud Sales team in New Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals from an IT educational background to build a career in cloud technology sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating new business leads for cloud solutions/services
• Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to offer suitable cloud solutions
• Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Achieve individual and team sales targets under guidance from senior sales managers
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS as required

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus, not mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn sales processes and client handling
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BTech / MCA / BCA (IT/Computer Science background only)
• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year (candidates with prior internship/sales exposure preferred)
• Age: As per company norms
