工作职责:

Management Trainee（Gonvarri）

Role Purpose

To support the company’s long-term development by building a pipeline of future core management talent. The Management Trainee will be trained across three key functional tracks: Admin, Logistic,Finance, Human Resources, and Engineering Management.

The role will participate in essential company operations, gradually developing cross-functional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assigned to different departments or business teams based on company needs, participating in cross‑department collaboration

Engage in core operational work across Administration, Logistics, Business Operations, Finance, and HR

Support data consolidation and analysis, process tracking, and document management

Participate in special projects to develop full‑process business understanding

Complete tasks and instructions efficiently as required by company and departmental leadership

Achieve staged learning goals and capability development under mentor guidance

任职条件:

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above from a full‑time accredited institution; preferred majors include Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, International Trade, Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering

Strong learning ability, continuous drive, and curiosity

Fluent in Chinese and English, with solid English reading/writing skills, logical thinking, and analytical ability

Strong sense of responsibility, skilled in multitasking and cross‑department coordination

Willing to take on challenges, aligned with company values, and eager to grow with the organization
