Management Trainee

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our group.  This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to launch your career in account and relationship management within money lending and financial services environment. Trainees will receive comprehensive learning, on-the-job exposure, and project assignments to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

1. Supporting accounts team in managing documentation processes
2. Processing account transactions, documentation and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
3. Supporting the team with data entry, filing, and general administrative duties as required
4. Assisting with the development and maintenance of client relationships
5. Gathering client information and preparing comprehensive account analysis reports
6. Assisting in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

1. A relevant degree or diploma in finance, business, economics or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
4. Proactive, with strong analytical thinking, a fast learner and a good team player
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information and documentation
7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment whilst showing initiative
8. Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is advantageous
9. Willingness to learn and develop professional skills in the money lending and financial services industries
10. Previous internship or work experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not essential
