Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Los Angeles area for a Management Trainee. The successful candidate will actively participate in hands-on learning and development in areas including financial strategy, investment planning, and client relationship management. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior managers, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and working on cross-functional projects to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business. The role is designed to prepare candidates for future management and leadership positions within the organization.
