Management Trainee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Ceramic Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or operations is an advantage but not required.
• Preferably with Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to be assigned to Warehouse or Manufacturing operations.
• Resides within Cavite or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare operational reports to support business decisions.
• Assist in production planning, warehouse operations, inventory management, and procurement activities.
• Support quality assurance initiatives, inspections, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of operational and improvement projects.
• Prepare reports, process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process maps.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operational waste.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.
• Support product, process, and business improvement initiatives as assigned.
