Management Trainee

Management potential is easier to demonstrate when you are given meaningful responsibility. This Management Trainee position combines structured coaching with practical involvement in client campaigns, team performance and daily operations.

We support established brands and retailers with customer acquisition and sales campaigns. As campaign activity grows, we are developing future managers who understand the business from the ground up and can lead with credibility.

The Role

The Management Trainee programme is designed to prepare you for responsibility across three areas: campaign performance, team development and client delivery.

You will begin by learning how campaigns operate and how results are achieved. As you demonstrate consistency, you will support newer colleagues, contribute to planning and take ownership of smaller projects.

What You Will Learn and Deliver

• Understand client objectives, products and campaign requirements
• Support customer engagement and sales activity
• Work towards clear individual and team targets
• Review performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with campaign briefings and daily planning
• Maintain accurate customer and campaign records
• Help onboard and support developing team members
• Provide managers with campaign updates and customer feedback
• Maintain professional standards when representing clients and retailers
