About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across multiple business functions and prepare the candidate for future leadership or specialist roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations across assigned departments
• Learn company processes, policies, and business workflows
• Support managers in planning, coordination, and execution of tasks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data analysis
• Participate in training programs, meetings, and reviews
• Identify process improvement opportunities and share suggestions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion
• Handle administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field

MBA (Pursuing / Freshers) preferred but not mandatory

Experience:

Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
