Key responsibilities
- Learn and assist in daily store operations and sales management
- Support the branch team in achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Gain hands-on experience in inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Assist supervisors in monitoring store performance and preparing reports
- Participate in training programs designed to develop leadership and management skills
- Ensure excellent customer service and uphold company standards
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Related experience required
- Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and goal-driven
- Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
