Management Trainee

We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented individual to join our Management Trainee program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and working in a fun, energetic, and team-focused environment.

Management Trainees represent our clients’ products and services through interactive promotions inside major retail locations. You will also receive one-on-one mentorship and training in areas such as team leadership, client relations, human resources, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support in-store marketing and promotional campaigns
• Communicate product information and promotions to customers
• Build positive relationships with customers and clients
• Assist customers and address their questions or concerns
• Maintain knowledge of our clients’ products and services
• Learn how to train and support entry-level team members
• Develop leadership and team-management skills

Qualifications:

• Customer service, sales, or retail experience is a plus but not required
• Business, marketing, or a related degree is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment

Pay: $54,517.34 - $65,655.29 per year
