Management Trainee

Alimark Marketing is hiring Management Trainees in Sales and Marketing to join our growing teami. This is a full-time, entry-level role designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales strategy, and marketing execution.

What You’ll Do:

Connect with Customers: You’ll engage with customers face-to-face to introduce products and services, answer questions, and build strong, lasting relationships.

• Support Marketing Campaigns: Help implement marketing strategies aimed at reaching new audiences and strengthening brand awareness.
• Deliver Great Service: Offer support to both new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Work Collaboratively: Join a team of motivated individuals who share goals, ideas, and best practices to drive results.
• Learn & Develop: Participate in structured training sessions focused on sales techniques, communication, leadership, and industry knowledge.

• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is helpful, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,042.36 - $2,255.31 per week
