Management Trainee

The Management Trainee is responsible for learning and developing the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to assume a future leadership or supervisory role within the organization. The position involves exposure to various departments and functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, company policies, and management practices.

The Management Trainee undergoes on-the-job training and assists in the daily operations of the different departments to develop skills and knowledge necessary to eventually take on a leadership role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Food Technology, or any related course.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Has leadership potentials and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service is an advantage
• Highly motivated, must have a dynamic and pleasant personality
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Software
• Adaptable and willing to be assigned in other Gaisano Branches
