Management Trainee

• Learns core business operations and leadership skills by working under the supervision of experienced managers
• Assist teams with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Absorb company workflows, develop leadership potential, and transition into a permanent management role
• Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
• Managing and overseeing day-to-day store operations, developing a routine for opening and closing, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability
• Directing, organizing, and training staff
• Managing schedules, assigning responsibilities
• Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales and financial targets, managing the expense budget, and generating attendance for payroll
• Controlling and managing inventory to ensure sufficient stocks
• Enforcing exceptional customer service, setting criteria for staff, establishing security and safety measures
• Managing loss prevention through security requirements and monitoring strategies, auditing paperwork and inventory levels and appropriately handling broken or damaged merchandise
• Representing management with other parties related to the store maintenance services, permit registrations, and etc.
• Ensure prices of merchandise are correct and updated

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
