Management Trainee

RobotX AI is an artificial intelligence company focused on robotics and the development of Physical AI models. The company has secured seed funding and is building technology to help robots understand their environments and perform real-world tasks.

We are seeking a Management Trainee to work with our leadership team and develop broad experience across business operations, project management, and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Support leadership with business planning and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate projects across technical and business teams.
• Research market opportunities, customers, and potential partners.
• Track project progress, analyze information, and recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree required; graduates of top 50 U.S. universities are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• An interest in robotics, AI, and business management.
• Initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
