We’re looking for a Management Trainee to join our growing Manchester sales company. This is an entry-level opportunity combining hands-on sales experience with structured training and professional development.

No previous management experience is required — we’re looking for people with the attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers face-to-face
• Learning sales and customer communication techniques
• Representing client campaigns professionally
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Developing confidence and commercial awareness
• Taking part in regular coaching and training
• Learning how campaigns and teams operate
• Developing leadership and team-support skills as you gain experience

Training & Development

From the beginning, you’ll receive structured training in:

As your skills and experience develop, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities within team support, campaign development and management.
