Management Trainee

About the role

The Management Trainee at Foster Foods Inc. is responsible for learning and applying core business functions, including operations and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure manpower are utilized to meet production standards and operational goals
• Communicate and coordinate across all departments to ensure essential information are disseminated and to guarantee smooth flow of operations
• Motivate and train manpower to assure performance standards are met
• Oversee daily production line operations and assess and adjust resource allocation to meet production requirements
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures and performance standards
• Promptly respond to reported exceptions and deviations to maintain product quality and operational efficiency
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to maintain standard operational performance
• Uphold food safety standards at all times and adhere to all standard operating procedures and customer specifications

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• At least 1 year experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications and in conducting process and productivity improvement activities/tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly analytical and innovative
