The Management Trainee will work with the management team on product development, marketing, business growth and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify new products, product ideas and market opportunities.
• Research market trends, customer needs and competitors.
• Support new product development, sourcing and procurement.
• Find and communicate with new suppliers, manufacturers and business partners.
• Help develop new product concepts, pricing and launch plans.
• Plan and support product promotions, advertising and marketing activities.
• Explore new sales channels, distributors, corporate customers and e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in planning exhibitions, events and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain corporate and business relationships.
• Support e-commerce sales planning and product promotion.
• Track market response and suggest ideas to improve sales and product growth.
• Work on new ideas and initiatives to support the overall growth of OPM World.

Overall Role

They will will get hands-on exposure to Product Development + Procurement + Marketing + Sales Channels + E-commerce + Business Development + Market Growth.
