Management Trainee

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Rotational Assignments: Rotate through different departments such as operations, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and customer service to gain a holistic understanding of the logistics business.
• Learn Industry Best Practices: Gain insight into industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management.
• Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects, analyze data, and present findings to management.
• Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics management and related fields.
• Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness of logistics operations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all aspects of operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must know how to READ in Bahasa Cina due to some documentations are in Bahasa Cina.
• Working Days : Monday ~ Friday , 8am to 5pm, and/or Saturday 8am to 1pm (if it is an operational role).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
